In case two candidates secure the same percentage/marks, the merit position will be decided based on the following order of preference:
- Age: The older candidate will be preferred.
- Year of Passing: If dates of birth are same, the candidate who passed Matriculation earlier will be preferred.
- Name: If the above are also same, alphabetical order of the candidate’s name will be considered.
